Privacy notice

1. Sign-in data and purpose: Google verifies your account, Supabase handles authentication, and Cloudflare hosts the site and database. We use identity identifiers, verified email and display name to identify your account, secure sign-in and provide account support. We do not collect your Google password, read Gmail, contacts or Drive content, or use Google identity data for advertising or AI training.

2. Information stored by this site: this includes sign-in, account status and account-action records, plus the profile name, avatar and preferences you choose to save. Session records contain a hash of a random login credential, not its raw value; the application’s D1 does not store Google access tokens, Supabase JWTs or refresh tokens. Necessary sign-in cookies, interface preferences and a visit-deduplication identifier are stored in the browser.

3. Sessions, sign-out and retention: application sessions are valid for at most one hour, and pending sign-in verification for at most ten minutes. Expiry does not mean immediate deletion of database records; a new sign-in cleans up expired sessions in bounded batches. Normal sign-out deletes the current application session, not your Google session or every other device’s session. If server revocation fails, browser credentials are cleared and unconfirmed server sessions remain subject to expiry.

4. Account closure is recoverable, not complete erasure. It removes private profile settings such as the saved name and avatar, while identity mappings and some account history remain. These records currently have no common automatic deletion deadline. Reopening does not restore removed profile data, and closure does not delete your Google account or original-site records.

5. Access, correction and deletion requests: use this site’s Contact form without signing in first. It stores your reply email, optional name, topic, message, submission identifier, time and a sender hash calculated with a dedicated secret. The raw network address is not stored in contact message records. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Jason Lin handles requests manually and may first verify identity; an entered email alone does not automatically transfer or delete an account. Contact messages have no common automatic deletion deadline. The platform sends no email automatically and promises no unverified response deadline. The response explains the action taken and any records that remain; incomplete erasure will not be represented as completed. Replies are made manually to your supplied email; a reply from a personal email account reveals that sender address.

6. Service providers and current scope: Google, Supabase and Cloudflare may process necessary technical/network/security information and backups under their own privacy policies and project configuration; their policies are linked below. This site does not send sign-in credentials to market-data sources or AI models. This notice does not mean reward-bearing suggestions, AI chat, payments or marketing email are released on the new site; their data practices require review before activation. The introduction and privacy pages load no analytics or external scripts.

7. Original site and changes: original-site accounts, memberships, balances and records remain separate and are not automatically merged by matching email addresses. This notice does not change existing membership, payment or refund rules. Before Google data is used for a new purpose, we will update the notice and provide necessary disclosures or obtain required consent.
